TheMirrorSource offers the following Returns Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or provide a full refund including the cost of shipping. Non-damaged items may be returned for a full refund less the cost of shipping. A request for replacement or refund must be made within seven days of receipt of item and, in the case of damaged items, may be subject to return of item and/or providing photographs of damage.
